Zach Love is a servant leader with a passion for creating engaging, inclusive, and healthy work environments via data-driven insights and empathetic coaching. He holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is working towards ICF certification as an executive and personal coach with the College of Executive Coaching. He has served as a guest lecturer and conference speaker with multiple universities and entities including Queens University of Charlotte, The University of South Carolina, The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, East Carolina University, The Conference Board, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Zach has substantial experience improving business outcomes across the employee life cycle as a former Head of Global People Analytics at a Fortune 100 company. He has consulted with a variety of Fortune 500, academic, healthcare, and non-profit organizations on topics including people strategy and analytics, employee engagement and listening, talent acquisition and management, and inclusion and diversity. He is also certified in multiple assessments related to emotional intelligence, personality, and leadership behaviors.

He is a husband, father, musician, and sports fanatic who enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling and mentoring others. Zach resides in Charlotte, NC and is an avid UNC Tarheels and Carolina Panthers fan.
